In-House Design, Crafted by Hand
It all starts right here, with our in-house design team. We work closely with you whether you're coming to us with a sketch or a fully formed idea in your head to design each component to suit your style, space, and vision.
Once we’ve got the design locked in, our CAD designers will draw it up and then it will get sent off to be precision-cut.
The Animal Silhouette Gate
Take a recent project from North Valley Forge (our sister company) as a perfect example. The client wanted a gate that felt personal, not just something functional, but a piece of art. So our in-house CAD designers created a series of animal silhouettes, each one laser-cut and positioned to tell a visual story.
Once assembled and coated in a sleek black powder finish, the final gate didn’t just serve its purpose it stood out. The silhouettes became the star of the show, turning what could have been a simple boundary into a bold, creative expression.
